Halloween witches card

OMG ! Only 5 days before Halloween and I haven't show you a card yet ! No way ! Let me show you one right away !

While tidying up my scraproom, I found an old Halloween paper pad, Haunted Hallow by teresa Collins, that I used a lot in my previous Halloween project. I still loved it very much I decided to create a card with it (again).

Take a look at these previous card I made in October 2013 and September 2013. The same year, I made another one with a manga-like stamp.
Last year, I made a tag for the Tim Holtz challenge with this very same paper pad !

Maybe it's time for me to buy a new Halloween paper pad. Or maybe it's too late anyway and I just have to wait until next year...

Thanks for stopping by today, hope to see you soon for another project ! And have fun this week end !

It's all about stamps... on my new layout !

Hello scrapbookers !

Other crafters are welcome too, but today I have a layout to show you...

Lot of stamps here ! The flowers, doilies, phrases and words... I choose to have a flashy background with light embellishments. I just added some watercolors to the flowers.

Love layering fussy cut images !
I sure digged into my stash to find all these stamps...

Lot of the text stamps were discontinued, the doilies are Inkadinkado stamps, the flowers a Stampendous one (find a similar here). Here are some of the other things I used in this layout :

This layout was designed for a workshop (beginner to intermediate) with a French association in Houston, to work on layering, stamping and hand cutting. Contact me with the form on the left column if you are interested about my workshops for your store or association in the Houston area. I create workshop for all levels, suitable for your needs.

Thank you for your time reviewing this post.
May your day be wonderful !

Card with layout's leftovers

Good morning (or afternoon, or night) !

Do you remember the layout I blogged about earlier this week ? I called it de-light-ed, and it was made with tiny inked squares...
I had bits left from this design, so I decided to make a card in the same spirit :

And as I was into leftovers, I use two old pieces of patterned paper to create the background and the sentiment. Two stamps with brown ink, a white gel pen, and I was done !

As in the layout, the squares were inked with Art Anthology products (see my previous post).
Stamps by Heidi Swapp and Spellbinders. Papers are so old, I think it's Prima.

Thank you for stopping by. Enjoy your day and see you soon !

One stamps set, Four cards

Hi there !

I did tell you that I missed creating...so here I am again creating a birthday card set this time !

I had this banner card set in my stash forever and I tought it was time to use it... So I took some funny birthday stamps and just create...

The ribbons and laces were in my stash for too long too... Good way to use them !

The inside of the card is in blue stripes, you can see them peeking from the bottom where the opening of the card is.

Love this last saying... Huge fan of July Child, especially because she knew there is never enough butter...

Stamps set is Funny Birthday by Hampton Art and blue banner cards by American Crafts. Here are the other products used :

This set was super quick to create and fun ! Are you creating birthday in advance too? Or you just pop one when nedded ?

Thank you for visiting my blog. Have a wonderful day and see you soon !

Scrapbooking layout with inks from Art Anthology

Hello !

I so happy to make a post ! I missed crafting so much, but now that I moved (yes again...) I finally have my stuff back and will be crafting as crazy soon !

For today, I have a layout to show you, made for the Art Anthology blog, with stamps, stencil and inks !

The picture (one cut in half) was taken in the Great Bazzar of Istanbul, and this splash of colors inspired me to create the color blocks on the layout.
The background was built with stamps first, then Keyhole stencil and Copper Metal Effect medium. On white cardstock, I applied Colorations spray Indigo (blue), Colorations spray Patience (pink) and Radience Minx Shimmering ink (orange), then cut it in small squares or rectangles.

To see some close-ups and read more about this layout, go the the Art Anthology blog post. You will have the video tutorial there or just watch it here :

Beside Art Anthology products, I also used those :

Thank you for your time. see you soon for another project !
